Membership Benefits
- Opportunity of membership in one of the largest county radiology societies in the nation. There are about 500 eligible members in the greater Houston area.
- Members will have an opportunity for professional and social networking amongst peers, residents and fellows.
- Bi-annual dinner meetings at Trevisio's in the medical center featuring internationally renowned speakers sharing their experience in cutting edge technology related to medical imaging, including an annual presidents dinner gala with spouses. All these events are free for active members.
- Annual dinner meetings of sub specialists are being planned in the near future. This will provide additional avenue for networking with peers in your subspecialty. Annual meeting of the members of the Society of Breast Imagers in the Greater Houston area will be held in August.
- Members in practice can advertise in the classified section of the web site either to seek job opportunities or seek candidates for openings in their practices.. Members can list their information for free and members seeking candidates can do so for a nominal fee.
- Members can link their group or institution web site to the Houston radiological web page for a nominal fee.
- Participation in fund raisers to assist the medically underserved population.
